Payment is made after the order is formed using the link that will be sent to your email.

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 19.01.1998 N 55 (ed. from 05.12.2019) “On approval of Rules of sale of separate kinds of goods, inventory of durable goods, which are not subject to the requirement of the buyer on gratuitous granting to him for the period of repair or replacement of similar goods and the list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of another size, shape, dimensions, style, color or configuration”:

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: underwear, stockings, socks, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, gaiters, and other sewing and knitted underwear and hosiery.

We are glad to help you realize your dream and sew a swimsuit that you will enjoy in any color and shape.
You can leave a request for individual tailoring both for you or your daughter.
The sewing time will be specified by the Manager (approximately 3-5 business days).
In the case of a significant change in the chosen swimsuit model or tailoring of a new model starting from scratch, the cost of sewing is discussed individually.

Choose the model carefully according to your body type. If this model is not suitable for your body type, the prepayment will not be refunded.

We adjust the swimsuit for individual tailoring once after fitting for free. Repeated changes are paid separately: 3,000 rubles.

If the measurements are taken incorrectly, the swimsuit can be changed for an additional fee: 3,000 rubles.

Shipping swimsuit is free of charge for one time (within Moscow or Russia by SDEK to the point of delivery), shipping to other countries by EMS or
the operator of your choice for an additional fee.

You can address all additional questions and requests to the Manager before paying for the swimsuit.
Prepayment of the swimsuit when sewing is 100%.
